Stamina Fitness was established in 2012.

At Stamina Fitness, our coaches offer amazing coaching, critique, and motivation every step of the way. There may not be rows upon rows of isolation equipment one would typically find at a global gym, but instead find rows and rows of people from different walks of life working together to accomplish their goals. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a first-timer or unexperienced individual can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.

Our fitness program aims to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.
